QUALITY TRADING GUARANTEE

Each and every item purchased from Quality Trading is new and is fully guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials, or, the item may be returned for replacement or full purchase price refund within 30 days from date of delivery. The customer may be referred to the manufacturer for warranty issues, as deemed appropriate.

This guarantee and return policy shall apply to all products purchased from Quality Trading, in addition to any and all applicable manufacturers warranties, unless otherwise stated on individual product pages. Be sure to view the guarantee and return links on each of our websites, to insure that you have the most accurate and up-to-date information for the products you may be interested in.

Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned for any reason within 15 days of receipt of merchandise, for full product price credit or replacement. Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid and in its original product packaging. Restocking charges may apply to merchandise that has been opened or used, depending on the condition of the item upon our receipt, as well as to returns of non-defective items made beyond the 15 days period. All related shipping costs on returns made for non-defective or not damaged items, both from and to our warehouse, would not be refundable under any circumstances, unless specifically approved by Quality Trading.

Note: All returns MUST be authorized by Quality Trading prior to shipping the item/s back. You MUST request a return authorization by contacting us and completing the Request for Support Form. This may be seen over our website by clicking the “Contact Us” button at the top of the page and choosing the category “Return”. All contact with Quality Trading should include your order number for easy reference, so issues may be addressed in a prompt and expeditious manner.

Important: Any unauthorized return, refused shipments of merchandise, items where the customer has requested a "return to sender", or the return of obviously used items, may subject the customer to a non-refundable 25% restocking, plus all incurred shipping costs.
